Conversation 053 – At The Crossroads?

Seeker 2: Hi! Very good evening…How had been the day without any interference from me 🙂

Seeker 1: Very good evening to you too 🙂

Seeker 1: I had a word with our common friend on what I need to do to go to the next level on my career. I am surely at my crossroads in my career at this point of time!

Seeker 1: I am thinking that I don’t stand any chance outside because a lot of things I have to do and I think time is crucial now day by day!

Seeker 2: The cheap strategies of these corporates demotivating people in this regard to such an extent that the employees simply resign their fate to themselves and live in disillusionment while the corporates continue to mint money using these hapless people!

Seeker 2: I guess that’s what you are also feeling at this point of time.

Seeker 1: Yeah, pretty much agreeing.

Seeker 2: its only in your thought process that you think that you don’t stand any chance outside! It’s not the fact…you stand a lot of chance compared to the general folks who really don’t know what they are up to and they are only very pleased with all the nonsense that they are doing!

Seeker 2: It’s only for them that there is no chance out. They are doomed when one day they will be shown the door by the employer. After participating in all the useless activities all the time…that will be their only gain and then they will because the laughing stock of the same management that encourages all these activities for their entertainment 🙂 …and then they will curse themselves at that point of time but that is really of no use!

Seeker 1: Can understand…Hmm. Certainly!

Seeker 2: I have seen lot of such people crying to me at the last moment and after their dismissal.

Seeker 1: (expressionless)

Seeker 2: I just say to them it is too late and you should have talked to me much before. This is reality and you yourself must have witnessed several of them over these years.

Seeker 1: Yes. I can see. I don’t know what to do…

Seeker 2: You are there as long as you work like a donkey or a jackass and in one fine day they don’t want your skills you are shown no mercy and shown the door and asked to quit almost the same day!

Seeker 1: Yes, correct. Time is slipping away 😦 I can understand your concern.

Seeker 2: I tell you, still there is a lot of time left for you. Focus more on the core skills the market requires and try to lessen the time for these mundane tasks you are doing day in and day out.

Seeker 2: You have a strong leadership quality. Super communication skills…never say die attitude…what else you want?

Seeker 1: Confidence. 😦 I am lacking! I also have to remove laziness.

Seeker 2: I  mean when the purpose strongly sticks to your mind, laziness with automatically go away…you have so much available time to listen or read something, watch recorded webinars…check latest trends etc.

Seeker 1: Yes.

Seeker 2: Confidence is only in the mindset…when you think about all these strengths of yours it will automatically come!

Seeker 1: I am kind of feared with failures!

Seeker 2: You will definitely face setbacks in your pursuits but that doesn’t mean it is going to happen all the time unless you have the will to drop it and go for the next. You just have to wait for a single thing to click…when that happens all the previous setbacks are long gone 🙂

Seeker 2: I mean I don’t have to tell these small things to you. You already know it. It’s only the work environment that alters the mindset and blocks the thinking process.

Seeker 1: Yes. I know.

Seeker 2: The fear that if I lose the job I will lose my salary. If I lose my salary what will I do. That must be weighing on the mind because of the false insecurities that has been built around you.

Seeker 1: Yes. It is all liabilities to sustain a lifestyle!

Seeker 2: I don’t want you to take my case as an example because that would only lead me to think that I am something great but I am not!

Seeker 2: I don’t want anyone to take my examples and the bloody risks I have taken in my life and also put others to risks.

Seeker 1: Hmmm.

Seeker 2: I have my own principles and I could not compromise in this disguised world.

Seeker 1: Hmm.

Seeker 2: If it is only for money I would have been a totally different person by now. I put my career at risks by trying to help people out of the way and had quit lucrative salary and positions just to be in this “pathetic” state, as people around me say, that I am now. But I am not. I am quite happy with the way I am leading my life with a certain dignity.

Seeker 2: For all these I have been only subject to ridicule, even from people in the family for my inability to earn large amounts of money that they need to spend for useless purposes 🙂

Seeker 1: (sad)

Seeker 2: I know everybody assumes their problems and issues are great compared to what others are facing and that is because of something called false ego that is built into our consciousness. That’s why I never discuss my things to anyone only to counteract from them that they face much greater stuff!

Seeker 1: Correct. I surely can understand.

Seeker 2: God provides troubles, sufferings and problems only according to the level that people can withstand and counteract and nothing more than that. That’s why everyone’s situation is unique 🙂 I am building the respect for everyone only on the basis of these concepts.

Seeker 2: All human beings are born to suffer no matter where they are, who they are, how they are. and why they are That is the fact of life!

Seeker 2: If you have the will to focus on your problems and attempt for solutions, solutions will automatically come your way. It is only a matter of time.

Seeker 2: The effort itself is more rewarding than the ultimate result 🙂

Seeker 1: I guess so. That is true.

Seeker 2: Instead of putting blame on the surroundings which are totally imaginary and unreal, it is only our wrong perceptions of the actual reality that is the root cause of all our problems.

Seeker 1: Yeah, very true.

Seeker 2: I mean I can only talk of these kind of deep philosophies to only those who can introspect and take things at a serious and a higher level.

Seeker 2: I hope I can only be a catalyst trying to kindle the fire already there in you.

Seeker 2: This is only for those people who can understand what I am saying…otherwise it will only go as a conversation in my blog for whoever to pick it up and take it 🙂

Seeker 2: I speak to our common friend at this level…I speak to everyone who has something in them at this level…otherwise I don’t speak to people who are too casual in their approach and often do not realize the purpose of why they are living 😦 and I am always ready to help in whatever way I can should you have anything to ask.

Seeker 2: Just ponder about what I have been mentioning today and take whatever that makes sense to you at your discretion 🙂

Seeker 2: It’s only the dusty mirror that distorts even your own face and when you wipe it with a clean cloth everything becomes clear 🙂

Seeker 2: Similarly when the mind is covered with illusory thoughts, everything appears deluded but that is not the reality…there is a clear truth to everything…if the doubts that has arisen out of illusion is eradicated with right knowledge…

Seeker 2: Okay…please try to reflect on these things. And surely you find a way out of the doubts on your capabilities or capacities you may be having. We can talk on this further if you require…

Seeker 2: Good night.
