Conversation 058 – Three categories of people/existence!

Seeker 2: Good morning…

Seeker 1: Hi Sir………..Good morning……….

Seeker 2: Good afternoon 🙂

Seeker 2: I know you don’t have lunch…but did you had anything today?

Seeker 1: Ohhh you remember that……..yeah, I had something in the morning…

Seeker 2: I remember almost everything…that is my biggest problem ☹

Seeker 1: 😊

Seeker 2: Forgetfulness is really good and very beneficial in so many ways…

Seeker 2: I also have this peculiar habit that aggravates this 😊 I note it down somewhere as soon as I realise when something wrong happens or if I am hurt by someone. So, I can’t forget it because I tend to refer to them at some point…that always serves as a reminder when I have to interact with that person again…which happens almost all the time ☹

Seeker 1: Haha!

Seeker 2: That’s why I can almost relate to everyone and everything since my school days…and with the 16-companies and the people I worked with. I have contacts all over the place..i have close to 1100 contacts in my LinkedIn (LOL).

Seeker 2: You wouldn’t believe I can tell the names of all my classmates from my 11th/12th class in ascending order even now 😊…I am not sure I told you this before. There were 29 of them…

Seeker 1: No, you haven’t spoken me about this…

Seeker 2: Oh okay…I told this list in our reunion at school few years back and they were stunned and couldn’t believe my craziness 😊

Seeker 1: ohh great! 😊

Seeker 2: Every day everyone hears the list of the class by the class teacher while taking the attendance and it involuntary went inside me but not into everyone 🙂

Seeker 1: Interesting! 🙂

Seeker 2: I mean one’s memory could be developed in so many ways…all we need to do is to listen…

Seeker 2: For example, remembering all the 1000 names of Lord Vishnu in Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam does serve lots of purposes…which I was very fortunate by the grace of my parents who made me to attend a class at a nearby place and made me learn it by heart during my 6th standard holidays and that has been my constant companion since then…That has been and will always be my biggest saviour in all circumstances…Any time any place any situation….

Seeker 2: It always reminds us that there is always a supreme person who is a supreme protector with supreme qualities. Just thinking about all those qualities as is in these names will inspire us to develop that quality at least to a minute extent that would enable us to develop as a conscious individual.

Seeker 2: Otherwise we are continuing to get caught up with the situations that has been created by us only and thinking we can get out of every situation by ourselves!!!

Seeker 2: Just think on this aspect and if this really appeals to you, you are really apart from the rest of the crowd…I see you as a person of a different level and category since the first time I met you and that’s why I am saying this… otherwise I have no reasons to say these things to anyone…I tell you this..

Seeker 2: There are just three categories or people, or you can say just stages in our existence(if at all one is fortunate to navigate from one level to the next level)…

Seeker 2: Exist…Live…Realise

Seeker 2: Exist are those who don’t have the reason or knowledge to comprehend what and why things are happening to them or to people around them…

Seeker 2: Live are those who knows a little bit of what and why things are happening around them and learn to live with them but they don’t have the means to go beyond them…

Seeker 2: Realise are those who is able to comprehend what is the real truth behind everything…why things are happening…Who is behind all this…to go beyond that to realise that there is no actual thing as happiness or sorrow in this world and everything just passes…

Seeker 2: These are the three real categories of people or existence.

Seeker 2: So, it is through our own efforts and sacrifices to reach or achieve which states of existence we want to be in or want to become.

Seeker 2: All I say now are coming out of my spontaneous learnings and realisations. If you have heard these things from anyone else please do let me know. I would be really privileged to be submissive and learn and know more from him/her further. I know but I can’t say this in much simpler terms than this…

Seeker 2: This is the entire summary of my learning all these years, primarily from two scriptures, Shrimad Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatham.

Seeker 2: I don’t know why I am saying this to you only but I do and could relate to people as to what are their expectations in their life are. And say these to only those kinds of people of that calibre to comprehend these aspects…

Seeker 2: Age does not matter here. Only mental maturity matters!

Seeker 2: I will say even my six-year-old kid is more mentally mature to deal with situations and knows lot of these aspects in the form of Krishna Katha as described in 10th Canto of Srimad Bhagavatham and also the detailed reasons and activities behind the 10 incarnations of Lord Vishnu in various cantos of Srimad Bhagavatham that even the 25 years old+ colleagues of yours cannot… 😦 He will also be able to narrate the entire events and the characters in the first canto of Srimad Bhagavatham…Just lending one’s ears is all that matters…

Seeker 2: Most of what I said is in that recorded conversation/interview in Tamil that day, I know hardly anyone will pay any attention to it…People don’t know what is important for life and what is not. No one can help it 🙂 Even the Gods can’t help it as Krishna himself says it, unless one realises these aspects by one’s own efforts, this is not going to happen!

Seeker 2: Do read this again in your leisure and let me know.

<<sometime later>>

Seeker 1: I think I would be on PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) now… and these people are not giving me anything to work …

Seeker 2: Don’t bother about anything…that’s all I can say…Good for you…

Seeker 1: No, it’s not good ☹

Seeker 2: That means it is very much possible for them to ask you to leave the place without you having to serve notice period for 3 months 😊

Seeker 1: I have never faced this kind of issues with me before…everything is going against me these days…

Seeker 2: As if I have faced these kind of things before (LOL)…I have been a top performer in all companies throughout my career…you can check all my projects and all the teams that I had led…I had never let down any company I worked with nor the teams that I handled any time…and i had always been a kind of a father figure in my later days or an elder brother all the time during my early days…

Seeker 2: Seriously 🙂

Seeker 2: If you end up in a pathetic company with a pathetic work culture, you are not to be blamed for it…

Seeker 2: Still there are places based on your approach and skills you will be respected for what you are…otherwise you should have the skills and guts in you to quit and go for somewhere else… whenever you see any irregularities…

Seeker 2: I quit every time whenever my reputation was at stake and someone else was readily willing to offer me a position all the time till now…otherwise I would not have end up in 16 different places in 20 odd years… 🙂

Seeker 1: But no one is willing to take me at this time…

Seeker 2: Same with me either ☹ Time will surely change… I can’t give you much more motivation on this because we have already spoken on this quite a lot and you have also come to a good mindset to handle it, I guess…

Seeker 2: I don’t want you to look at my present situation and empathize with me because that is not going to solve anything, similar is your situation on me empathizing with you…

Seeker 2: I can and I only want to be a good well-wisher and support to you at this time for reasons I really don’t know…as to why i am paying this much special attention…

Seeker 2: Just got to realise that the present cause is for a long-term effect and we are going through everything in phases just like how we go from a temporary stage from a baby to a boy/girl to a teenager to an adult and so on…

Seeker 2: and everything is in continuation from what was before…these things are really very hard to take in for normal people but as i said if one attempts to transcend to the third category, then these situations are to be taken as God-sent as to how to handle these things to enable us to realise the real purpose and the result that is to come out of the present situation…

Seeker 2: I am just saying these things to you because this is the reality and if you are able to take this…you will realise that there is a purpose to anything that is happening and not get entangled with situations that are not the actual reality but appear to be real!

Unknown are the ways of the unknown

Unknown are the means of the unknown

Unknown is the means to attain the unknown

Unknown is the indwelling

Unknown is the Avijnaatha

Unknown is the Antaryaami

Unknown is the Paramaatma

Unknown is the eternal guide

Unknown is the eternal activator

Unknown is the eternal master

Unknown is the Supersoul

Unknown are the ways to realise that unknown

Unknown cannot be known by the knowledge of material sciences

Unknown is unknown to be attained by the mundane

Unknown is the driving force behind everything

Unknown is unknown to the body

Unknown is unknown to the senses

Unknown is unknown to the mind

Unknown is unknown to the intellect

Unknown is unknown to the intelligence

Unknown is unknown to the ego

Unknown is unknown to thoughts feelings and actions

Unknown is transcendental

Unknown is beyond the modes of material nature

Unknown is enigmatic

Unknown is to be known

Unknown is supreme consciousness

Unknown is eternal everlasting

Unknown is to be attained

Understanding towards that unknown is real knowledge, all else is nescience

Unknown cannot be attained by speculation jugglery and pseudo-mysticism

Unknown can be attained only by directing and listening to our own inner voice by shutting out the external noises

Unknown can be obtained only by solitary pursuits and through purification of body mind and intellect by thoroughly understanding the transient nature of material existence and slowly getting detested detached through knowledge of revealed spiritual literatures from a spiritual master (alive or not alive taking the master and the matter by heart)

Unknown can be attained only through tolerance of bodily and mental pain inflicted through the three sources 1. Adhyatmik 2. Adhibhautik 3. Adhidaivik ((miseries inflicted by the body and mind itself, those inflicted by other living entities, and natural disturbances).

Unknown can be attained only through alignment and in cooperation with mother nature and not by senseless exploitation

Unknown can be only realised when we understand there is a supreme controller who is the source of everything

Unknown can be attained only through surrender to that supreme, totally understanding our helplessness in the hands of material nature and the illusory energy of the Lord

We cannot get to that unknown residing in our heart…

Only the unknown has to be made to activate our intellect to our pursuits towards the absolute truth by directing our mind inwards through surrender and proper application of intelligence attained by the mercy of the Lord

Unknown is to be understood to be already doing its designated duty and functions in a subtle manner by dwelling in the body of every living entity

Unknown is the one that activates the consciousness to awaken ourselves from sleep

Unknown is the one that activates our vital organs to perform its functions

Unknown is the one that controls the fire of digestion that digests four types of food stuff – Bhagavad Gita 15.14

Unknown is the own that activates the five prana

Unknown is unknown…no one knows how it does these activities for our survival in the material world

Unknown needs to be reached to give directions to elevate the atma to eternal bliss by making the process to start from inward to outward, while it has been the reverse all through – atma is being endowed with minute intelligence and discretion – either to align with the permanent supreme reality or trying to dominate the material nature and in the process forget its original identity and get entangled in material existence.

Unknown is the eternal well-wisher that gives directions only to the atma residing in the form of a human body that thoroughly understands the futility of material existence and want to give it up.

Human soul is endowed with all faculties in full strength the five sense organs the five organs of action the mind the intelligence and a highly evolved consciousness for discrimination.

You see the answer is already there…

Mind is the best friend as well as the best enemy – Bhagavad Gita 6.6

To control the mind is more difficult than controlling the wind – Bhagavad Gita 6.34

…but controlling the mind controls everything

Controlling the two basic urges of tongue and genitals controls the mind

This is just a hint…

Whether we continue our existence in the category of other species of life and remain in four-folds of misery (birth, death, old age, disease) or to elevate ourselves to the highest destination is our own discretion…

This is the inference that is to be gathered from the Puranjana saga in Srimad Bhagavatham – Canto 4 chapters 25-29.

A detailed exemplary treatise of the Puranjana Saga is in the blog Hints to the Ancient Wisdom in the posts: Myth or a Symbol? – Story of Puranjana Part 1 and Part 2

To summarise, Human life is a misery at every step, confronted with dangers due to the propensity of the soul to lord it over material nature through the deluding power of false ego, injecting the concepts of I and mine, having lured by the unsurmountable illusory potential of Maya (at least in theory) to get entangled perpetually through the attractions of opposite sex, progeny and wealth thereby remaining in the trap of material existence perpetually.

A self-realised soul understands this and sees every difficult moment as a step to God realisation to move to next step towards the ultimate purpose of our existence.

Sage Narada describes about himself on his earlier life to Ved Vyasa: ”I don’t have any caretaker except my mother who was a maid-servant, when she had to quit the world to a snake bite when I was a mere child of 5 years, I took It as a special mercy of the Lord and decided to travel North to realise the Absolute Truth!” (How much of us can do that? That is why Narada is Narada and we are we!) – Srimad Bhagavatham 1.6.6 – 1.6.10

The supreme Lord has a purpose for all of us depending on our pre-disposition and our spiritual evolution continues that way. Even a small step in this direction has a permanent effect and can protect one from the most dangerous type of fear. (Bhagavad Gita 2.40) and (Bhagavad Gita 6.40)

This special mercy of the Lord is beautifully summarised by Srila Prabhupada:

“Confidential devotees of the Lord see in every step a benedictory direction of the Lord. What is considered to be an odd or difficult moment in the mundane sense is accepted as special mercy of the Lord. Mundane prosperity is a kind of material fever, and by the grace of the Lord the temperature of this material fever is gradually diminished, and spiritual health is obtained step by step. Mundane people misunderstand it.” – Srila Prabhupada purports to Srimad Bhagavatham – 1.6.10

  1. Avijnaata is the main character behind the scenes in the Puranjana Saga – the Supersoul that comes in the end of the Puranjana Saga, being the observer all through,  as the king Puranjana continues his material existence and becomes a woman in his next birth due to his own injunctions, and when he begins to lament for his (her) husband’s death, Avijnata makes a grand appearance and explains to Puranjana(who is a well-situated woman full of good character), the futility of what (s)he has been doing and undergoing all through. That passage alone is enough for us to awaken our dormant spiritual consciousness – Srimad Bhagavatham – Canto 4 – Chapter 28 – Puranjana becomes a woman in the next life – Slokas 51-65.
  2. It Is also to be noted that Avijnaata (Name 483) is a name of Lord Vishnu as mentioned in Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam. The meaning is “One whom not a single person has realized fully” which is condensed to a single word as “Unknown
  3. Puranjana Saga can also be considered to be the explanation of concepts and is a commentary of what is mentioned in Bhagavad Gita: Chapter 15 (Verses 7-11)

A resolute prayer to Lord Shri Krishna

I dedicate this resolute prayer to Lord Shri Krishna to Goddess Sarawathi, the Goddess of learning, the most divine, the most worshippable to all/of all, who is working under the directions of Lord Hayagreeva, a “Gnanaswaroopa” (embodiment of all spiritual growth, knowledge and wisdom) incarnation of My Lord Shri Krishna / My Lord Naaraayana and who is the consort of Lord Brahma.

Otherwise, I absolutely don’t have the power to comprehend anything in this material world that is full of duality, total confusion, total incoherence, hypocrisy, rampant materialism and total loss of original spiritual values.

Lord Shri Krishna knows I have fully surrendered every bit of me to Him.

Lord Shri Krishna knows I don’t have any individuality anymore.

Lord Shri Krishna knows all my senses, gross, subtle and all the sense organs and the organs of action will no longer perform its functions to gratify itself, the mind and the objects around it.

Lord Shri Krishna had completely transformed me through His miracles, mercy, magnanimity, tolerance, influence (SB 1.16.26-30) by all of his 40 prominent transcendental qualities, with events that had happened to make me fully aware of His Omni-presence.

Lord Shri Krishna has fully protected me from innumerable circumstances that made me absolutely helpless in handling them and this made me fully dependent on Him, so much that He made, makes and will make me fully ignore the consequences of these circumstances because all of them are of material nature.

Lord Shri Krishna has rekindled my faith through the transcendental literatures of Srimad Bhagavatham and Srimad Bhagavad Gita that has made me fully surrendered to Him.

Lord Shri Krishna is fully protecting me by preventing any embarrassing situations that could have happened, that is happening now and that will happen in the future by making me indifferent to all of them since He has made me realize that these situations would serve no ultimate purpose.

Lord Shri Krishna has made me surrender to my very existence to Him now, there is no longer “I” “me” “mine” or any duality. My “I” is now fully dissolved to “i” as of now only because the jiva is still dwelling in the material body and only Lord Shri Krishna knows when to free the jiva from the shackles of material existence.

Various functions still need to be performed with the sense objects in this material world through the five sense organs controlled by the mind, intelligence and false ego and the five organs of action has to continue its functions as long as the jiva continues to reside in this dumb material body that is continuing to decaying all the time.

On one fine day, this material body will become totally unfit for the jiva soul to reside and will be fit only for consumption by dogs, owls, jackals, vultures, worms, or if lucky, by fire through proper cremation rites. Somehow, the jiva still has to either force its way out through the nine gates of the body to take residence in another such material body or having become free of attachments and becoming absolutely free from the modes of material nature, reside permanently in Lord Shri Krishna’s abode serving Him eternally.

This last option again depending on keeping up the Surrender to Lord Shri Krishna for the rest of the life and following Lord Shri Krishna in Srimad Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatham with renewed vigour and listening and abiding to His instructions in His form as Paramatma or Supersoul dwelling in the heart besides the individual jiva.

Lord Shri Krishna is the Paramatma or the Supersoul residing in my heart and He has awakened the jiva because of the jiva’s persistent failure in its search for bliss by persistently associating with the material body and objects, thereof in which it is dwelling.

The jiva has finally got the “brains” now to realise that it is not the doer and that it needs to surrender to the Supersoul or Paramatma also known as Avigyaata residing with him side by side, monitoring and waiting to help all the time.

(Om Avignatre Namah – 482/1000th name for Lord Shri Krishna/Lord Shri Vishnu in Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam) which means the supreme personality who cannot be seen / known by ordinary means)

Lord Shri Krishna, through his causeless mercy being shown because of a simple act of total surrender has enlivened the jiva soul with the real path of attaining supreme bliss.

All one needs to do is not to get entangled to the material world again, though the material nature through the senses and the mind provides abundant opportunities for the jiva soul to get mis-directed even if it shows a tinge of inclination towards the sway of the three modes of material nature, goodness, passion and ignorance.

Seeker 2: Hare Krishna! This is my latest post:

Seeker 2: Interpretations to Post 40: Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam

Seeker 2: Please read it and let me know what you think about it.

Seeker 1: Hare Krishna! Nice article. Do you know according to sastras chanting 1000 times Visnu sahasranam is the same as chanting 1 time name of Lord Rama; and chanting 3000 times Visnu Sahasranam is the same as chanting 1 time Hare Krishna maha-mantra.

Seeker 1: Isvara uvaca: “Sri rama rameti rame manorame, sahasra nama tatulyam rama nama varanine”. Lord Siva addressed Parvati: “Varanana (lovely-faced woman), I chant the holy name of Rama, Rama, Rama and thus constantly enjoy this beautiful sound. This holy name of Ramachandra is equal to one thousand holy names of Lord Vishnu (Vishnu-sahasra-nama-strotram).

Seeker 1: Srila Prabhupad wrote in a letter: Without cleansing the mind, nobody can advance in spiritual understanding. And chanting of the Hare Krishna Mahamantra is the cleansing process of mind. Further Prabhupad said: There is no difference between, chanting Hare Krishna and meeting Krishna eye to eye, face to face. One simply has to realize.

Seeker 2: Actually it is a short cut mentioned for those who don’t want to spend time chanting 1000 names. There is also a calculation based on the syllables of the word ra ma.

Seeker 2: The feelings that one gets after chanting the 1000 names is incomparable. The vibration and the rhythm of the combination of names arranged like a garland and the flow is a bliss for those who chant it.

Seeker 2: Srila Prabhupada ji’s intention is to create the right mindset among common people to introduce to chanting the holy names of Lord Shri Krishna. Hare Krishna mahamantra is the simplest and most potent of all.

Seeker 2: Every sampradaya (spiritual lineage) is unique in its interpretations but the final destination is the name.

Seeker 2: Gaudiya sampradaya says Lord Shri Krishna is supreme while Sri Ramanuja or Sri Sampradaya says Lord Sriman Narayana is supreme.

Seeker 2: These subtle variations interfere between people moving across various sampradaya or spiritual lineage.

Seeker 2: People who are ingrained in their sampradaya for generations don’t change their sampradaya but accept other sampradaya’s permises based on their equivalence of approach and have healthy debates.

Seeker 2:

Seeker 2: This is the calculation behind the power of the name Rama!

Seeker 2: Hare Krishna!

Seeker 2: Yes thank you very much for reaffirming. on Rama Naamaa. I started chanting Hare Krishna mahamantra after my first ever visit to any Iskcon Temple, it was in Singapore in 2004-2005 and since then Hare Krishna mahamantra has become a part of me. It’s so simple, so sweet, so beautiful, so powerful, so captivating to heart, so blissful, so relishable, the more I chant I couldn’t feel satiated… chanting along with Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam I am what I am because of the synergistic effects.

Seeker 2: Hare Krishna!

Seeker 2: All the primary 24 expansions of Lord Shri Krishna is arranged in a beautiful sequence at appropriated places in Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam.

Seeker 2: The appearance of Sri Chaitanya mahaprabhu is also mentioned in Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam:

Seeker 2: “Suvarna-varno hemango varangas-candanangadi”. “When Krsna appears as Sri Caitanya (Sri Gauranga), in His early pastimes His complexion is golden (suvarna-varna), His limbs are the color of molten white gold (hemanga), His body is extremely beautiful (varangas), and He is decorated with sandalwood pulp (candanangadi).”

Seeker 2: This is sloka number 79 in Sri Vishnu Sahasranaamam.

Seeker 2: I feel very blessed to have been associated with pure devotees like you and able to share these beautiful things that I am unable to speak to anyone around me.

Seeker 2: I sometimes feel I don’t’ belong here but I am bound by commitments due to the illusory energy of Lord Shri Krishna.

Seeker 2: Hunger, thirst – nothing seems to have any impact on me when I write on Krishna, read on Krishna or think on Krishna.  I am not able to find the reasons behind it.

Seeker 1: Thank you for sharing whatever you write and having these conversations.

Seeker 1: You don’t need to change anything. All four sampradayas are genuine. You are on the right path. There is no doubt about this.

Seeker 2: Thank you very much. Hare Krishna!

Interpretations to Post 40: Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam

40. Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam

There has been no comments/likes on this post so far that I posted on 14-Oct-2018! So, I assume the post has been subject to ambiguity. I thought I would interpret it for better understanding as to what I meant that time.

That was one of the sleepless nights, I was away from the family, and also due to work pressure. To try to get sleep, I was attempting to chant Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam very slowly and try to record my voice to check the recording. The time was around 2.30 A.M.

I was feeling greatly relieved after the process and various thoughts were playing in my mind, the mind-boggling guitar playing from David Gilmour, the lead guitarist of the psychedelic rock band, Pink Floyd, one of the most versatile band of all times, for the song “On the turning away” (Lyrics) The music just kept cycling around my mind in an infinite loop perpetually, transporting me to a totally different world, or even to a different universe as you may call it, as I start to understand the deep lyrics and the thought that is in the lyrics and my thought process began to interpret this in my own way…

“I believe…

My purpose in life is accomplished…

And then I went to Sleep…

And Then I realized I have just finished a quarter..

And a three-fourths of a way to go…

I don’t know how much I chant Hare Krishna…

Even if it is 40 it must have been 4320 times…

I don’t want your “likes” or “comments”

I only want your action…”

It suddenly began to dawn on me, that I have a higher purpose to fulfil, and I was preparing to sleep. Just then, a thought came to me, inspired by Srimad Bhagavatham, in order to reach the final destination or the ultimate purpose of life, for the self/soul to achieve its permanent sojourn, it has to travel four times the distance of the vast expanse of the material universe, the material universe being just one-fourth of the total distance of the creation, and three-fourth being occupied by the spiritual sky/spiritual universes.

The spiritual world, which consists of three fourths of the Lord’s energy, is situated beyond this material world, and it is especially meant for those who will never be reborn. Others, who are attached to family life and who do not strictly follow celibacy vows, must live within the three material worlds.” – Canto 2Chapter 6 : Verse 20

The ultimate or the smallest particle, smaller than even the smallest particle in the material universe is the self or the soul – the eternal, all-pervading spiritual particle. Everything is connected with this self/soul and when it means “one has to travel”, it means that the self/soul has to travel by becoming unbound from the clutches of the material universe and the three modes of material nature, and go back to its original destination, like the spark reaching the source (it’s obvious that the probability is very very less in that!) , and not keep transmigrating in this material universe eternally!

That relates within the body, higher than the senses and the sense objects, exists the mind. More subtle than the mind is the intelligence, and higher and more subtle than the intellect is the self/soul. That self/soul is hidden in all beings and does not shine forth, but is seen by subtle seers through their sharp intellect.” – Katha Upanishad, one of the major Upanishads.

It is said that Krishnaloka or Goloka Vrindavana exists in the core or centre of the spiritual skies or Vaikuntha planets, hence the distance of four times the material universes, as calculated by the seers in their transcendental vision. One has to travel to reach there to attain the highest purpose of life. In that world, the experiences or rasas are even more transcendental and blissful than the spiritual planets or Vaikunthas.

At that time, the thought came to me, somehow I may cross the first one-fourth but what about the remaining three-fourth?

Chanting Hare Krishna is the only legitimate method in this Kaliyuga to achieve this end, the solution is again mentioned in Srimad Bhagavatham:

My dear King, although Kali-yuga is an ocean of faults, there is still one good quality about this age: Simply by chanting the Hare Krsna maha-mantra, one can become free from material bondage and be promoted to the transcendental kingdom. Whatever result was obtained in Satya-yuga by meditating on Visnu, in Treta-yuga by performing sacrifices, and in Dvapara-yuga by serving the Lord’s lotus feet can be obtained in Kali-yuga simply by chanting the Hare Krsna maha-mantra.” – Canto 12Chapter 3 : Verses 5152

Even if I chant 40 rounds a day (1 round = 108 chants of Hare Krishna Mahamantra) or 4320 chants, will Lord Krishna accept me there!

And Krishna said to me (or you can say this thought arose in me), this is the online world of “likes” and “comments” and I am least bothered about them, I only want your action, i.e continuous chanting of the mahamantra in available time…

This is the interpretation of that post.

Sri Vishnu Sahasranamam

Chanting for peace…. Best wishes for everyone…..

On the wings of the night
As the daytime is stirring
Where the speechless unite in a silent accord
Using words you will find are strange
Mesmerized as they light the flame
Feel the new wind of change
On the wings of the night

No more turning away
From the weak and the weary
No more turning away from the coldness inside
Just a world that we all must share
It’s not enough just to stand and stare
Is it only a dream that there’ll be
No more turning away? the wings of the night”.

Pink Floyd

On the Turning Away

I believe…

My purpose in life is accomplished…

And then I went to Sleep…

And Then I realized i have just finished a quarter..

And a three-fourths of a way to go…

I don’t know how much I chant Hare Krishna…

Even if it is 40 it must have been 4320 times…

I don’t want your “likes” or “comments”

I only want your action…
